ACS started where most decent businesses do — one van, a couple of clients, and a frustration that the industry was full of cleaners who didn't show up, didn't follow through, and somehow still sent invoices.
We figured there was a gap for a crew that just did the job properly. Same standard each visit. Same faces on site. Issues sorted with a single phone call, not a four-email thread.
Seven years on, we still run it like that. Bigger team, more sites, same simple rule: turn up and deliver. Family-run from Papamoa, looking after the Bay one site at a time.
